I replaced a leaking garbage disposal in a customer's home.

Tech washed and serviced units per per service agreement, tech found no challenges while servicing system at today’s visit, the system is back up and running and holding a delta t of 20 degrees, will need to drop off 1 14x20x1 filter next time we are in the area

Tech washed and serviced units per service agreement, today’s visit was first visit at customer’s new home, upon inspection tech found upstairs system single run capacitor testing below spec, tech recommended replacement customer wants to talk with husband, tech also found compressor on package system megging 200 tech recommended hard start kit customer wants to talk with husband, tech found no other challenges with either system at today’s visit, both systems are back up and running and holding a delta t of 20 degrees

Removed tub drain and installed a new tub drain. Replaced master shower cartridge with new cartridge. Cleared hair from right side master sink drain.

Tech washed and serviced unit and found no challenges at this time. Customer uses their own filters,

Tech found system only heating in aux heat, tech inspected system and found to be completely void of refrigerant tech noticed obvious leak in condenser coil. Tech also inspected evaporator coil and found to be very rusted and corroded. Tech found no challenges with gas side of system system is heating with gas right now tech left power to condenser off and turned over to field supervisor.

Tech found system on lockout, reset power and found ignition control board shorted found 24 to gas valve fluctuating and board would keep cutting inducer draft on and off repeatedly. Customer approved order and will think about service agreement.

Tech performed preventative maintenance and serviced system. Tech found uv bulb to be blown. Customer invested in uv bulb. Customer also invested in PSA renewal. System is up and running with a delta t of 61.

Tech preformed preventative maintenance and serviced system. Tech installed correct size heat strips and changed the 50 amp breaker to a 35 amps breaker. Tech found no challenges with either system. Both systems are 6 months old. Both systems are up and running with a delta t of 25.

Tech returned to replace ignition control board and igniter, tech replaced and cycled system and burners would not light. Tech tested gas pressures and found inlet pressure dropped every time system tried to light tech replaced regulator and cycled system with no challenges multiple times.

Tech found system gas valve would hesitate to turn on when calling with spark. Tech checked voltage to gas valve 15 v when system was not running when spark would engaged voltage would short my meter. Indication spark would cause a short. Tech suspects the ignition control board has failed tech also recommend replacing spark ignitior as well customer approved repairs.

Tech arrived and found system in 1 flash fault code for ignition failure, tech found flame sensor to be dirty and corroded, tech cleaned flame sensor and gas orfice and burners to ensure everything was clean and not blocked pathways for gas or flame. System came back on and operating properly at this time.

Tech preformed preventative maintenance and serviced system. Tech recommended hard start kit to lower start amps and preserve the life of the compressor. Customer invested in hard start kit. System is up and running with a delta t of 27.

{2021 Goodman Gas Pack} Call: No heat - Customer informed tech that the system has been shutting off around 18:00 to 20:00 for the past 3 nights. Customer would turn the breaker off and back on to reset the system. - Tech did not observe any fault codes upon arrival. Cycled system 2 times with 15 minutes of run time respectively and observed natural gas outlet pressure reading 4.02, opening the limit switch during operation. - Tech decreased gas pressure to 3.5 per regulations and tested 24v communication from circuit board with a contactor 24v coil. - Confirmed proper operation with temperatures reading 68.9/110.5 at tech departure. Advised customer to ensure the air filters are changed regularly to avoid airflow restrictions. Tech did not observe any further mechanical challenges during this visit. - Recommended a service agreement; customer declined. System is operating normally at this time.

Have to cut sheet rock to see were leak is coming from. Advised home owner. We will remove sheet rock but not replace it Leak on 3/4 by 1/2 poly line

- Tech found tripped 15 amp breaker in sub panel for condenser. Reset breaker and confirmed proper operation. Confirmed capacitor reading 36.01/5.02 (35/5) and checked total amp draw 6.78. Model plate calls for 15 amp breaker minimum and 25 amp max. Advised customer that no challenges were observed during this visit regarding excessive amp draws and recommended upsizing the breaker to 25 amps to avoid reoccurrence. Customer decided not to replace the breaker as this time. System is operating normally at this time. No charge due to recent visit and contractor warranty.

Tech found 2 stage gas valve had failed. Valve would receive 24v but would not open to allow gas. Tech spoke with office will have to order part. Customer will call us back when they would like repairs done. No charge per office.

Tech serviced and cleaned unit. Tech faced no challenges this visit (Unit is only a year old). Tech recommends plasma air to improve air quality. Customer declined. Unit is heating and cooling efficiently.

Needs a price for a new water heater but the house is vacant with no ladder to access the attic. I measured the attic access and the agent is going to send the inspection report then we can quote the water heater.

Installed 2 co monitors in upstairs by bedrooms. Changed #8 wire for air handler to #6.

- Tech serviced and cleaned Bryant split heat pump system with 2 zones. Confirmed proper zone operation, defrost control, electric backup heat, and UV bulb. Cleaned drain line and primary pan. - Advised customer that the compressor capacitor is reading 65.9MFD with a rating of 70MFD. Still within tolerance, advised customer that this component may need to be replaced in a future visit (created estimate). - No other challenges observed during this visit. Customer replaced their own filters. Provided customer two 20x25x1 filters from truck stock. System is operating normally at this time.
