Technician found fuse rollout was blown again did see burnt marks on the wire for high temp switch. Technician repaired wire and replaced fuse due to recent visit. System is heat at this time tech did see a lot of soot build up on heat exchanger. Will need either cleaning or replace. When gas valve first kicks on flame does do big rollout due to soot build up.

Upon arrival tech was shown system location. Tech began inspecting system and found 2 burnt wires on the heat strip contactor burnt and one completely broken off. Tech received verbal authorization over the phone to repair burnt wires. Tech also installed 20x25x1 filter in return grille. System is back operational at this time.

Tech performed service on goodman package unit. Customer stated does not use unit. Keeps unit off at all times. Tech only performed service on unit, did not wash unit due to the inability to wash/clean unit. Tech informed customer that contactor is reading weaker @232v and amp-draws are little higher than specification. Customer is aware at this time. Tech talked to Joy in office about situation(s). Tech cut unit back off per customer request. Customer stated would like tech to come back for future service. Delta t is within specification and customer is satisfied with today’s service. Found no other challenges at todays visit.

Going to hospital next week for major surgery, might not make it out, no interest in replacing unit, it works fine at this point

Tech serviced and cleaned unit. Upon arrival customer asked tech to install google nest thermostat. Tech installed google nest thermostat. Tech faced no challenges this visit. Unit is heating and cooling efficiently.

Tech serviced and cleaned unit. Tech found compressor capacitor rating at 49.8/45. Tech recommends turbo capacitor. Customer would like to wait for field supervisor and go from there. Tech found compressor in caution. Tech found evaporator coil to have rust/corrosion. Tech also found a slow leak on the evaporator coil. Unit is struggling to get a delta t of 40+

Tech serviced and cleaned unit. Tech found fan side of capacitor is rating at 6.16/7.5 MFD (over +10-). Tech recommends replacement. Customer will call into office after she talks to her husband. Tech faced no other challenges this visit. Unit is heating and cooling efficiently.

Tech washed and serviced unit. Customer had questions about hallway being colder than other rooms in the house. Tech believes cold or heat from attic is leaking into hallway. Tech recommended installing attic tent. Customer will wait and see if heat leaks through in the summer. Customer also interested in 1x year visits. Tech left estimates. Unit is cooling with a delta T of 22.

Tech washed and serviced unit and found od fan capacitor to be testing weak tech recommended replacement customer would like to wait for now. Tech found no other challenges at this time. Unit is up and heating and cooling properly at this time.

Tech washed and serviced both sys and found carrier unit to have a weak capacitor tech recommended replacement customer approved tech found no other challenges at this time. Both units are up and cooling Properly at this time.

Tech performed service on (2) trane split systems. Tech recommended media filters for upstairs and downstairs. Installed after customers approval. Delta t is within specification on both units and customer is satisfied with todays visit. Found no other challenges at todays visit.

Replacing Urinal, Toilet, and water filter. Re schedule due to need replacing gate valve need better time frame to do replacement with water off

Wants an estimate to replace 2 urinals and flush valves. Also replace I toilet and flush valve. Also replace water filter. Quote all together.

Replaced a leaking indoor evaporator coil under manufacturer warranty.. brazed in the new coil and filter dryer while flowing nitrogen, pressure tested the system, pulled a vacuum below 500 microns and factory charged the system with R410a refrigerant. Tested system is cool mode afterwards. System is back cooling. Tech spoke with the homeowners over the phone and received approval for billing out for today’s repairs.

Repair leak on black roll pipe main water line

REMOVE & RELOCATE CONDENSING UNIT

Tech returned to perform leak search on system, tech found signs of oil in drain pan but did not pick up any leaks. Tech tested equipment and found leak detector not working properly, will need to return to verify leak, tech informed customer.

Tech found safety switch not wired in in the a/h next to attic door. Tech also found low refrigerant pressure on split near back door. Tech performed leak search but leak detector had gotten wet earlier tech suspects leak detector is not operating properly will need to reschedule with other leak detector.

Tech serviced and cleaned units per service agreement, upon arrival tech found second system contacter and 45 mfd capacitor bad, tech replaced capacitor and senior technician is coming to replace contacter customer approved repairs, first system is back up and running with a delta to of 19 degrees, second system was running and cooling with a delta t of 18 degrees, tech found no other challenges at this time.

2 TON DURASTAR MINISPLIT HEAT PUMP

Tech washed and serviced unit and found insulation on refrigerant lines to be deteriorated and falling apart tech recommended replacement customer approved tech also found primary pan to be full of water tech cleared pan and cut and cleared drain line unit is back draining properly at this time. Evap coil wasted rusted but no leaks at this time. Tech could no access crawl space due to vinyl under pending not have an access door. Unit is up and cooling with a delta t of 23. Customer scheduled plumbing call for sept 12th.

Tech washed and serviced unit and found drain clogged for the 2011 airhandler. Tech also found compressor capacitor testing severely weak tech replaced capacitor upon customer’s approval. Customer would like to be billed for renewal and capacitor replacement.
