Tech informed customer of how to operate thermostat, watched customer go through it twice and customer now can operate thermostat. Tech mentioned service agreement and customer said he would think about it. Mail hardcopy to customers address.

Tech returned and found system in lockout again with no flash codes, tech reset and cycled multiple times with no issues tech found ignition control board not supplying voltage to igniter intermittently locking board out. Will need to order board and return to replace.

Tech found gas pack in lockout tech reset and was unable to find any challenges. System is operating properly at this time.

Tech washed and serviced unit and found no challenges at this time. Customer renewed ESA 1 system.

- Tech was informed that the compressor and condenser fan would shut off when the thermostat is satisfied but the blower continues running. - Ran system through 4 cycles and observed no abnormal operation. Advised customer that the blower relay may be getting stuck and may need to be replaced. - Tech inspected laceration where condenser fan blades made contact and advised customer it should not present any challenges. - Discharge pressure is steadily reading 413.9 in heat mode; confirmed clean evaporator coil and airflow. Possible restriction. All amp draws are within designed range. - Advised that the condenser coils are dirty and recommended a maintenance agreement. Customer will contact the office with decision. System is operating normally at this time. No charge due to recent visit.

Tech performed CMA full service on three gas furnace all gas is working properly. Tech found weak 7.5 compositor on condensing unit number two have made mention to customer of this. No other issues found at this time

Found a shorted heat strip contactor, tech replaced the heat strip contactor and powered up the system afterwards. Tech had to wait to receive authorization. Tech was unable to get in contact with mr. Hague. Moses pit authorized the repair. System is back heating.

Removed old bathroom faucets and installed new customer supplied faucets

Tech washed and serviced unit, tech found hot wire on contactor that feed capacitor to be burnt. Tech replaced wire and recommended a surge protector to prevent wire from getting burnt again. Customer will wait on surge protector and see if the wire gets burnt again. Used a 20x25 and a 16x20. Customer extended PSA and unit is cooling with a delta T of 17.

- Tech found backed up EZ trap for dehumidifier in crawl space. Used customer-supplied brush to clear the drain and flushed with 1 gallon of water. System is draining properly at this time. Advised customer that the drain pan and interior components could be cleaned for an additional fee; customer decided not to proceed with any further services. - Tech inquired about primary HVAC system; customer stated no challenges have been observed. The system is operating normally.

Tech washed and serviced unit Unit is older and and evaporator coils are rusty but no leaks detected. Customer is aware of units condition. Tech found no challenges at this time. Tech reccomended a media filter to avoid having to change out filters as often, customer was not interested at this time. Changed a 20x30 filter. Unit is holding a delta T of 16 degrees.

Upon arrival tech found condenser fan blade scraping against copper,we installed motor September 20th, tech fixed by moving blade up and system is now operating properly.

Tech washed and serviced unit found no challenges at today’s visit. Tech reccomended using media filter to avoid having to change filter as often. Customer not interested. Used 14x24x1 filter. Unit is cooling with a delta T of 17.

Removed and replaced 2 fill valves with new fill valves.

Tech performed service on trane package unit. As tech recommended installation of plasma air purifier, customer stated in old unit, had a uv light but was never transferred into newer unit. Tech talked to office about situation and installed plasma air purifier under warranty. Delta t is within specification and customer is satisfied with todays visit. Found no other challenges at todays visit.

Tech performed service on carrier package unit. Tech recommended installation of plasma air purifier. Installed after customers approval. Customer renewed maintenance plan. Delta t is within specification and customer is satisfied with todays visit. Found no other challenges at todays visit.

Upon arrival tech was informed system was heating even in cooling mode. Tech found relay used for heat strips was sticking and keeping them on. Cycled power off then back on and relay opened. Cycled heat on and off and could no recreate issue. Recommended replacing relay with contactor but homeowner wants to wait for now. Emailed estimate for repair. Tech turned system in cool mode and found it was not cooling very well due to being low on Freon. Homeowner stated another company just replaced condenser and evaporator coil less than a year ago. They plan to reach out to other company for repair. Tech added 2lbs of R410A to system to get them back cooling.

Tech washed and serviced unit found no challenges at today’s visit. Tech found Indoor return filters dirty and reccomended media filters. Customer interested but will wait for next visit. Customer approved 2 system ESA extension but wants a bill sent VIA mail and or email. Changed two 12x24x1. Unit is heating and cooling properly with a delta T of 20. Customer also wants office to call them they are interested in plumbing services.

Tech washed and serviced unit found no challenges at this time. Tech reccomended media filter due to return filters being abnormally dirty. Customer not interested. Used 2 20x25 filters. Unit is cooling with a delta T of 17.

Tech returned to replace thermostat with a 8000 and added to her account on Wi-Fi. She is satisfied with the upgraded thermostat.

Tech performed cma full service on 1 split system. Tech found plastic aux pan was broken. Tech recommends replacing aux drain pan. A/h is in drop ceiling on 2x4s. Will possibly need duct lift.

Will return with 8 ft angel and 2 tubes of clear cualk to fabricate on site. Tech returned to fabricate flashing. Tech did seal around flashing. Uploaded picture of dimensions needed for a piece of metal custom spoke to Adam about.

Install Trane 2 Ton Heat Pump With Air Handler With Programmable Thermostat

Tech preformed preventative Maintenance and serviced system. Tech found UV Bulb to be blown and capacitor to be testing weak. Tech recommended replacing both. Customer invested in replacement bulb and wants to hold off on replacing capacitor at this time. System is up and running with a delta t of 18.

Tech washed and serviced unit per service agreement, upon arrival tech found duel run capacitor testing below spec and also found media filter in need of changing, tech recommended replacement of both and customer approved of both at today’s visit, system is back up and running and holding a delta t of 20 degrees
