Tech arrived and found system calling but no heat coming through vents, tech found high voltage wiring burnt and sequencer failed for heat strips. Tech replaced wires and sequencer and system is back on and operating properly at this time. Customer signed up for mpa.

Tech found no power to heat strips, tech found breaker in main panel off, tech spoke with customer and she stated that she has had problems ever since the install. Tech reset power to system and everything is operating properly at this time. No charge new install. Need to schedule service.

Tech arrived and found system running but no power getting to heat strips, tech found heat sequencer burnt up and replaced. System is now on and operating properly at this time. CALL TO SCHEDULE MAINTENANCE.

Tech found split heat pump not heating due to Trane 624 thermostat reverting to default settings. Customer approved replacing thermostat with new focus pro. No further issues found.

Upon arrival customer stated noise coming from unit tech found condenser shroud lose and place padding to remove noise. Tech found no further challenges at this time. Tech recommended hardstart.

Could not access attic. Informed customer that we need to be able to inspect attic before we could give an exact quote to install HVAC in virgin upstairs portion of the home. Customer is going to have an attic access installed and will contact us back once that is completed.

Provided estimate for heating and cooling solution in shop

Tech found return duct collapsed in two places and rest of return was in rough shape, recommend replacing return duct. 25ft, tech returned and removed 25ft return duct and replaced with new flex duct. Tech cut system on and found system to be operating properly at this time. Tech recommends scheduling maintenance due to pulling dust and debris from crawlspace.

Tech perform for preventative maintenance and serviced system. Tech found there to be microbial growth on the blower. tech recommended a plasma air to enhance indoor air quality and help prevent mold spores. Homeowner was not home during the service. Tech tried to contact via phone and was unable to reach. System is up and running with a delta t of 26. Tech will need to return to drop off 1, 24x24x1 filter.

Tech performed preventative maintenance and serviced system. Tech found no issues at this time. Customer invested in esa renewal. System is up and running with a delta t of 42.

Tech washed and serviced unit per service agreement, tech found no challenges while servicing system at today’s visit, customer was not home during the service at today’s visit, tech couldn’t get delta t or look at thermostat, will need to drop off 1 20x30x1 filter next time we are in the area

Tech performed service on trane package unit. Customer renewed maintenance plan. Tech did not have 16x16x1 filter. Customer requested filters and also requested 2-3 more filters upon drop-off Delta t is within specification and customer is satisfied with today’s service. Found no other challenges at todays visit.

Tech performed service on trane package unit. As tech was performing service, found evaporator coil & indoor blower developing bacterial growth. Tech recommended installation of UV Light Kit as well as Plasma Air Purifier. Installed both Uv Light system & Plasma Air Purifier after customers approval. Customer was interested in new unit, tech called in office spoke to Gina for mandatory lead. Customer also stated would like tech to come for all future services. Delta t is within specification and customer is satisfied with today’s service. Found no other challenges at todays visit.

Tech washed and serviced both units and found both downstairs units to have weak dual run capacitors tech recommended replacing customer approved tech also found Uv bulbs to be blown in 2 of the sys customer was not interested in replacing at this time. Tech did find evap coils rusted and corroded but no leaks at this time along with upstairs units to to be mega ohming in the yellow that was also found at last visit customer was not interested at this. All 3 sys are up heating properly at this time.

Tech returned and dropped off 16x20x1 filter

Tech serviced and cleaned unit. Tech faced no challenges this visit. Unit is heating and cooling efficiently. Tech informed customer about ESA renewal. Customer renewed.

Upon arrival tech was informed system was not running outside. Inspected and found condenser fan notor not coming on. Capacitor is reading within specs, motor is getting voltage into defrost board and out going back to motor indicating motor has failed. Homeowner would like to wait on making repairs. Emailed estimate and told to call office once ready to move forward. Breaker for condenser is off.

Upon arrival tech replaced spark igniter under full warranty. Started system up with no challenges.

Cleaned excess soot buildup from heat exchanger, inducer motor housing, and burner compartment. Cycled system in heat after cleaning with no challenges. Service warranty.
