Tech returned to replace ignition control board, tech replaced ignition control board and cycled system multiple times with no challenges system is operating properly. Tech was unable to get ahold of property manager for payment tech left message.

Tech found ignition control board has shorted. Upon further inspection tech found no voltage to induced draft motor when calling for heat and blower would automatically run. Tech ensured all safety’s switch’s were closed. Buzzing from ignition control board. System is not under warranty will need to contact property management tech called they did not answer.

Upon arrival tech found condenser fan motor running loud for upstairs. Motor is rated for 0.50 full load amps, tech found motor pulling 0.75 amps indicating motor is failing and overheating. Recommended replacing fan motor, provided and sent estimate. Found R22 refrigerant pressures slightly low, system is 24 years old. Customer would like to have a supervisor come out and give options on a replacement system.
