Performed ESA under monthly plan on a split heat pump system and zoning. Tech serviced both pieces of equipment, cleaned the coils, checked electrical and flushed out drain line. System heats and cools properly and zoning system operates properly, no challenges found other than excessive dust particles near the reruns. Although The ultraviolet light is operating, tech recommended the customer to invest into a media filters or have a plasma air purifier installed for better dust control. Pamphlet was provided, customer will review it first prior to making a decision. We would need to return with 2-14x24x1 and 1-12x24x1 filters and have them replaced for the homeowners.

Tech replaced the indoor coil temperature sensors per previous tech diagnostics. 2 flash error still occurred, upon further testing, tech found the room temperature thermistor with a broken wire which is causing the 2 flash error code(room temperature thermistor/indoor coil temperature thermistor). Tech spliced the room temperature thermistor as a temporary repair until we can return with a room temperature thermistor. Tech did test heat and cool prior to departure for today. Tech did not collect for today due to the findings per office. Once the indoor room temperature thermistor (Mitsubishi mini split) arrives, we will collect for the sensor quoted out previously.
