Job Locations and Reviews
Upon arrival tech monitored humidity readings inside home as well as in crawlspace. Found 65% humidity inside and 85% in crawlspace. Crawlspace floor is slightly wet at entrance. Recommended sealing crawlspace door. Set humidity at dehumidifier at a drier setting to help pull humidity out of crawlspace. We will need to return and replace dehumidifier filter per office. Tech informed customer of findings and also stated system will not run much with mild weather therefore it will not pull humidity out of home and cause slightly higher humidity. Stated we will monitor humidity remotely as humidity in crawlspace drops.
Tech washed and serviced unit per service agreement, tech found no challenges at today’s visit, system is back up and running and holding a delta t of 20 degrees
Tech serviced and cleaned units. Tech found capacitor on apartment B rating at 56.1/35. Tech recommends replacement. Tech called homeowner to see about replacing. Customer approved turbo capacitor. Tech installed turbo. Tech faced no other issues at this time. Both units are heating and cooling efficiently. Mail invoice.
Performed CMA Full Service on 3 split heat pump systems. Office Front - tech found the system cooling properly at the time of service. Technician also tested heating function and found no challenges. Outdoor unit was severely impacted with dirt and debris. Tech thoroughly cleaned outdoor coils to ensure proper airflow and increased efficiency. Office Back - no challenges present today. System is heating and cooling properly. Outdoor coil was also very dirty. Coils cleaned and rinsed to ensure proper airflow and optimal efficiency. Break Room - tech found system to be cooling and heating properly. All electrical tested to spec and system was cleaned. Compressor Megohm test did show it to be reading in CAUTION range. This has been stated on previous visits. All filters changed and old ones disposed of.
[email protected] Found no power to the upstairs airhandler which is powered thru generac. Tech found the breaker for the upstairs unit intact and no display at the generac module box. Customer would need to contact the generac company to have them diagnose their equipment. Customer currently has a maintenance agreement with another company. Upstairs system is down for now.
Tech washed and serviced unit and found no challenges at this time
Tech serviced and cleaned units. Customer supplied tech with 15 MFD Blower capacitor. Tech installed capacitor. Tech found compressor capacitor rating at 47.8/45. Tech recommends replacement. Customer declined at this time. Unit is heating and cooling efficiently.
Tech washed and serviced unit and found no challenges at this time. Customer PSA 2 sys.
Emailed proposal. Customer is getting other quotes.
Customer replaced thermostat as recommended from yesterday’s visit. Cycled system and found compressor contactor shorted, and dual run capacitor failed. Replaced for diagnostic purposes and found compressor pulling LRA, even with start capacitor installed. Handed over to field supervisor. 20 year old R22 system.
Found short at Y from thermostat to air handler. Switched for gray and found faulty thermostat still unable to make Y call. Customer will be replacing themselves. Invested in ESA 1x per year. Schedule along with downstairs system.

Tech performed CMA on 1 system found no challenges at today’s visit, no one home tech left filters in door.
Tech arrived to replace compressor, tech recovered all refrigerant, cut out old compressors and filter drier, sweat in new compressor and filter drier while flowing nitrogen, performed pressure test for 30 min with no drop, tech pulled vacuum to 300 and charge system to spec system is now operating properly in both cool and heat.
Tech serviced and cleaned unit. Tech faced no challenges this visit. Unit is heating and cooling efficiently. Tech recommends plasma air to reduce build up of bacteria on the blower and improve air quality. Customer would like to wait. Customer uses his own filters.
Upon arrival tech found compressor trying to start but not running. Found compressor pulling 130 amps on start attempt. Tested capacitor and found it reading at full capacity. Wired up hard start kit and compressor is still pulling locked rotor amps. Compressor is failed and will need to be replaced at no charge per Adam. Need to order compressor and return to repair.
Tech found SS2 float switch tripped breaking power to thermostat. Tech recommended ESA plan to keep up with system maintenance. Tech cleared drain under maintenance agreement and found system operating properly in heat and AC.
Tech found Honeywell Pro Series thermostat locked out with passcode, entered passcode and removed screen lock. Recommended investing in maintenance agreement. Mail paper invoice to customer per request.
Tech set Trane 824 thermostat to desired set point and set to permanent hold. Found all wires on dual run capacitor left unplugged. Wired capacitor back up and tested system, system is back up and cooling.
Found float switch tripped due to clogged drain line. Cleared drain line, reset switch, and tested drainage. System up and cooling with no further challenges. Invested in PSA (1) system. Schedule 1st visit.
Tech performed service on trane split system & trane package unit. Tech installed 20x30x3 media & 20x20x3 media filters. Tech recommended installation of plasma air purifier. Installed after customers approval. Customer renewed maintenance plan. Customer would like tech to return for future services. Delta t is within specification and customer is satisfied with todays visit. Found no other challenges at todays visit.
Tech serviced and cleaned unit. UV Bulb working. Tech pulled and cleaned exterior of blower. Tech faced no challenges at this time. Unit could not get a 18+ delta t. Tech recommends plasma air to reduce build up on blower. Customer approved plasma air and PSA renewal. Tech will have to come out again doesn’t have any plasmas on the truck.
Tech performed esa on two systems, Tech recommended installation of plasma to help prevent growth of bacteria and dust/debris from accumulating in package unit. Tech found no other issues with either system at todays visit. Both systems are back on and operating properly at this time.
Customer has had work done on the system. Tech found system running high pressure lockout. Tech ran ac and heat mode and found high head in heat and low superheat high subcooling in AC mode. Tech suspects system is overcharged due to low airflow. Tech inspected airflow and found the backside of the evaporator coil is completely plugged. Coil will need to be removed, cleaned and system correctly charged. Tech performed approved repairs and customer agreed to 1x/year ESA.
