Job Locations and Reviews
Tech arrived to check pressures, tech found system does not have a true suction port tech was only able to check high pressure which was around 340 Normal range. Tech also inspected temperatures and found a average supply temperature of 90 degrees without heat strips tech doesn’t see any indications of refrigerant loss.
Tech performed preventative maintenance and serviced system. Tech found no issues at this time. System is up and running with a delta t of 23.
Tech replaced condenser fan motor
Tech performed preventative maintenance and serviced system. Customer wasn’t home during service. Tech found uv bulb to be blown. Tech recommends replacing uv bulb to help keep coil clean and system running efficient. System is up and running.
Tech performed preventative maintenance and serviced system. Tech found no issues at this time. System is up and running with a delta t of 27.
Tech serviced and cleaned unit. Upon arrival tech found condenser fan motor not spinning and making a loud humming sound. Outside Fan motor calls for 1/10 HP, 1100 RPM. Tech also found evaporator coil to be severely rusted. Tech did a detailed leak search but could not find a consistent leak. Customer informed tech that she is interested in a new system but would like to replace fan before replacing the unit. Unit could only reach a delta t of 20+
Tech serviced and cleaned units. Tech found east coils frozen. Tech found bacteria build up on both blowers. Tech pulled and cleaned. Tech also found both evaporator coils to be severely rusted. Tech did a detailed leak search but could not find a leak at this time. Both units are heating and cooling efficiently. Tech informed customer about PSA renewal. Mail invoice.
Found a split in pex piping dew to a very tight bend in the pipe. Replaced hot and cold sections with new pipe and fittings.
Customer stated water leaking from ceiling and only stops when water is turned off tech explained that it is not and HVAC leak. Tech inspected and found waterlines that are leaking plumber will need to come back out.
Went into the attic, and could not find any waterlines in the attic. Found where there was water on the drywall, and also on a raised platform where their air handler sits. They need an AC tech to look over the AC system.
Upon arrival tech was informed system was not cooling. Inspected and found the compressor contactor was broken and not able to pull in to engage compressor. Tech got approval to replace with a new 30amp single pole contactor. System is back operational at this time.
Upon arrival tech found schedule set to 66 at night, customer requested 70. Tech corrected schedule, ran system and monitored operation. Found only heat strips running due to compressor in a hard lockout. Reset system and found suction pressure immediately dropped in heat mode. System ran properly in cool mode, found restriction at outdoor TXV. Will need to order TXV and return to repair, customer approved estimate.
Tech performed preventative maintenance and serviced system. Tech found no issues at this time. Customer didn’t invest in renewal at this time, said she would like to think about it. Systems are up and running with delta t of 19 and 18.
Performed ESA on one system, system is operating properly.
Upon arrival tech was informed indoor system was not blowing air, homeowner already ordered new blower motor and had it installed but still would not come on. Inspected system and found the blower motor was getting line and low voltage. Noticed the low voltage green wire was set on tap 4 and according to motor only 1-3 are programmed. Tech moved wire to tap 3 and blower came on. Checked operation of system and everything is back operational at this time.
Tech washed and serviced unit per service agreement, tech fo7 d no challenges while servicing the system at today’s visit, the system is back up and running and holding a delta t of 20 degrees
Tech performed preventative maintenance and serviced system. Tech found no issues at this time. System is up and running with a delta t of 40.
Tech called twice and left voicemail regarding customer’s request to re-secure the panels on the package unit and received no response. Tech arrived and found an unrestrained dog in the back yard. Please reschedule for a later time. Emailed bill for trip charge.
Tech arrived and found condenser would come on but blower would not turn. Tech found blower motor had burnt out and caught on fire. Tech built estimate for replacement of motor and customer declined at this time. Tech left power off to prevent further damage to system.
Tech performed preventative maintenance and serviced system. Tech found no issues at this time. System is up and running with a delta t of 32.

- Tech noted water stains on the ceiling over the staircase located underneath the 90% gas furnace upon arrival. Examined indoor coil, primary drain pan and drain line, noting no signs of moisture accumulation. Confirmed the drain box and all the inducer assembly tubes are dry with little to no standing water and found water damage/corrosion trailing underneath the PVC exhaust vent. The exhaust vent is not pitched correctly and is leaking at the unglued joint connecting to the furnace. Tech removed the residual water and advised customer that the furnace is still operational temporarily. Tech will discuss solutions with the office. The auxiliary drain pan is worn and has several potential leak sites. Customer requested a quote to replace 49”x29” pan. - Tech recommended reinvesting in a premium service agreement; customer declined at this time. System is operating normally at this time.
Tech serviced and cleaned unit. Customer uses own filters. Tech faced no challenges this visit. Tech informed customer about PSA renewal. Unit is heating and cooling efficiently.
Tech arrived and found system had air locked itself due to pulling gas line out. Tech reset system and system is now on and operating properly at this time.
Tech washed and serviced unit. Tech found Lennox pure air filter to be dirty, tech reccomended replacing customer states they have extras and will replace it. Tech also found puddles of water in crawl space. Tech recommended dehumidifier, customer is intrested but believes it to be from a prior water leak. Unit is operating properly holding a delta T of 18
