*Tested heating* - Tech serviced and cleaned Trane split system heat pump and observed no mechanical challenges at this time. Reinforced panel insulation in air handler, cleaned drain pan and drain line, tested auxiliary heat and defrost operation. - Tech inspected crawlspace for signs of moisture accumulation, per customer request, and found no cause for concern. - Customer will contact the office to extend the service agreement before expiration date on November 30. - Tech did not have adequate filters. Need to return with two 12x24x1 air filters. - Customer did not decide to install any indoor air quality products at this time. System is operating normally with a heating delta T of 24°F.

[email protected] Found the thermostat of the wall, customer attempted to wire in a new thermostat and failed to do so, wiring was incorrect. Tech attempted to re-install a a thermostat that the customer Originally had and found it to be bad, tech provided an estimate to replace a thermostat with one of ours and declined, customer attempted to install a smart thermostat but due to a short on the C wire. Customer decided to put in his old thermostat which is battery powered. Tech tested heat afterwards and found the bearings of the inducer motor making a loud noise which is an indication of a failing inducer motor. Customer is aware and decided to invest into monthly agreement premium and would like to schedule his first visit the following week, call at any time to schedule.
