Mr Carter did a excellent job and service. Explained everything that he did and that will cover.

Tech washed and serviced unit and found dual run cap to be weak tech recommended replacement customer was not interested at this time. Customer extended esa 1 sys 2 times a year. Tech did have some issues with eco bee thermostat tech had to reprogram unit was up running and heating when tech left.

Tech washed and serviced unit and found capacitor to be testing a tad weak tech recommended replacing customer would like to wait for now. Tech found no other challenges at this time unit is up and cooling with a delta t of 22.

Upon arrival tech found system void of refrigerant, condenser coil is corroded from dog pee. Coil is in really bad shape and cannot be repaired. Photos on file. 7 year old system, system is out of warranty. Informed field supervisor.

Performed routine maintenance per energy savings agreement. Technician did not find any challenges while servicing equipment today. System is heating and cooling properly and holding a delta t of 20 degrees. Tech would recommend installing an over flow safety switch and EZ trap to prevent any potential future challenges to the condensate system. Customer did not approve today, tech added to estimate for review and approval. Customer renewed ESA via card.
