Tech performed esa on two systems. Tech did not find any challenges with system operations on either system at this time. All system enhancements are on and operating properly at this time as well. Bill out customer for renewal. All is good at this time.

Found the common wire not connected all the way into the blue wire nut, tech secured the connection with a bigger size wire nut to hold the 4 wires in place. 3rd floor system is back cooling. No charge per office due to recent ESA visit.

Tech performed ESA, tech found bacteria growing in downstairs system and recommended installation of plasma to prevent issue in future, customer approved. Tech found no other issues with either system at this time. Both systems are back on and operating properly at this time. Bill out per office.
