[email protected] Found no gas inlet pressure to the gas valve, regulator checked good. Gas wash shut off at the gas valve. After turning on the gas, tech operated the gas cycle and found the roll out switch tripped, after resetting the switch, the system turned on and only operated for approximately 15 minutes before the roll out switch tripped. Tech was not able to fully access the heat exchanger and but the middle tube was the only one with an abnormal flame that was slightly rolling out. 2003 gas furnace, AC appeared to have been replaced in 2019-2020. Tech shut off the gas to the furnace and spoke to the homeowners about a solution. Field supervisor is scheduled for Monday 10am to provide a solution, homeowners are Spanish speaking customers, assistance with translating may be required. Gas furnace is down for now.

—Performed CMA Full Service on 2 Gas Package Systems, 2 Package Heat Pumps, 6 Split Gas Furnace AC Systems, 6 Split System Heat Pumps, 1 Split AC System, and 7 Wall Package Heat Pumps. Found 1 newly installed Mini Split Heat Pump, not currently on Maintenance Agreement. -System 01 - 1995 Ruud 3.5 Ton R22 Split AC System: Kindergarten: Outdoor fan motor capacitor tested weak. Recommend replacement of capacitor. Customer approved estimate for capacitor, at pricing provided by office. Observed corrosion and poor contact/insulation on compressor wire connections. Recommend compressor terminal repair kit, at pricing approved by office. Was given approval for repair. Compressor showed caution range on megohm test. This indicates that insulation on motor windings has deteriorated and compressor may be due for failure. System is nearing 30 years old. Due to EPA phase out of R22, age and condition of system, likelihood of compressor failure, and costs of recommended repairs, system replacement

Tech verified and pin pointed the leak, it is located in the aluminum and cooper connection. The water pump motor is shorted. Tech found 2 ports where oil/grease can be put in, it appeared dry on both ends of the bearings. A video and pictures will be uploaded for our office to review.
