Found mainline for the kitchen and laundry sink stopped up 100% about a 30 foot run. Cleared the drain from under the house and tested with the sink. Everything is draining properly now.

Sequencer assembly is intermittently failing causing 2nd bank of heat strips to be unable to energize. Declined repair at this time. Will call when ready. Built estimate.

Upon arrival tech was informed system heat strips did not seem to be coming on. Inspected and found heat strips not receiving line voltage at equipment, it received 76 volts at disconnect and 246 volts from breaker in panel. Tech found another disconnect under house for heat strips with a blown 60 amp fuse. Tech replaced both fuses under house and systems heat strips started working accordingly. System is back operational at this time.

Looked at the tankless heater and advised the customer of possible chances of holes in the heat exchanger if we flush the unit. Customer has decided to not flush the heater at this time and is going to let the heater be until it has a failure point down the road.

Found the compressor not plugged in. Corrected the challenge and tested heat afterwards. 100 degrees supply temp from 2 stage heat pump only. No charge due to recent ESA visit. Customer requested a duct system replacement quote. Office would need to call homeowner to schedule a visit from one of our field supervisors.

Tech washed and serviced unit per service agreement, tech found no challenges while servicing the system at today’s visit, the system is back up and running and holding a delta t of 20+ degrees upon departure, customer wants to wait full year to renew maintenance agreement

Tech washed and serviced outside Condenser, customer would like to reschedule to have air handler done. Tech was not able to step inside due to baby sleeping, could not see thermostat, change filters, or get delta T. Tech also found broken pipe in crawlspace with water around it and a sewer smell. Tech informed customer and also informed them we do plumbing.

Tech washed and serviced unit. Customer had to leave mid service, tech was unable to leave filters or check delta T. Tech found duct work to be in poor condition. Tech also found blower to be forming rust and is very dirty. Tech called customer to recommended plasma air and possible duct work replacement. Customer did not pick up. Unable to get delta T.

- Tech found supply duct disconnected from gas pack upon arrival. Received approval and reconnected existing duct. Recommended replacing a five-foot section to establish a proper connection. Customer will wait until the issue reoccurs before replacing. - Recommended a premium service agreement; customer will contact office with decision. - Replaced 16x20x1 air filter. System is operating normally at this time.

Tech washed and serviced unit and found no challenges at this time. Unit is up heating and cooling properly at this time. Customer invested in esa monthly.

Tech found compressor was getting in high pressure. Upon further inspection tech found blower motor was not running. Tech informed customer on findings variable speed blower motor had failed. Tech checked warranty on system only had 1 year warranty. Tech informed customer on findings and he will call us back once he makes decision.

Tech washed and serviced unit, found no challenges at today’s visit. Customer was interested in surge protector, tech left an estimate and customer will talk it over with his brother. Did not have a 24x24x1 filter customer states they will purchase some. Unit is cooling with a delta T of 21.

Meter is not turn it rock back and forth ever 10 to 15 min Customer state that water company say it only happen at 8 in morning a leak would not have a time frame to be leaking crawl under house no leaks

Tech washed and serviced unit and found no challenges at this time (unit is 6 months old ). Tech recommended plasma air cut would like to wait for no tech left brochure. Unit is up heating and cooling properly at this time.

Tech performed preventative maintenance and serviced package heat pump and mini split system. Tech found dust in return vent and recommended media filter to enhance indoor air quality and extend filter changes. Tech also recommended UV Light to enhance indoor air quality and help prevent microbial growth on evap coil. Customer did not invest at this time. Mini split is up and running with a delta t of 19. Package heat pump is up and running with a delta t of 20. Tech cycle heat to ensure system is operating efficiently for the winter months.

Tech found heat pump indoor type set up for gas. System was only putting power on W. Heat strips were not running because they require a G signal along with the W. Tech corrected thermostat setting and found heat pump and heat strips operating properly. Tech also showed customer how to reset thermostat if power outage occurs.

Emailed proposal to replace 2 ton unit. Mr. and Mrs. King have gotten multiple quotes and they need to discuss everything before they make a decision.

Performed tune up on system. Customer stated system has not been keeping up at times and freezing over. Found low R22 pressures, located a leak at evaporator coil. Compressor megged in red range. Completed remainder of maintenance. Field supervisor came out to verify.

upon arrival customer stated they just changed their filter and it was very dirty tech didn’t find any challenges with system pressures or delta t, did find system needs to be cleaned customer signed up for ESA need to schedule first visit tech went ahead and cleaned evaporator coil to prevent system from freezing. Tech informed customer of system age system does run off of r22 refrigerant and looks to be a 2006.

Customer stated mini split is not keeping up. Tech found normal pressures and a 24 degree split with 46 supply 70 return. The only issue tech found was blower did not appear to be providing proper airflow. Tech found blower wheel very dirty and cleaned per maintenance agreement. Tech found airflow increased and system is operating properly at this time.

Removed old hose bibb and installed a new hose bibb
