Tech found blower motor not running with 24v at g. Tech found blower was ran off a sequencer and found 24v at sequencer but no high voltage. Tech replaced sequencer with a relay and found blower running properly. Tech informed customer that unit is 24 years old in overall poor condition. Customer only wants system repaired.

Tech found breakers off upon arrival customer stated that another company said system was void of refrigerant. Tech found system running at correct pressures and delta t, only challenge tech found was filter was dirty and could have been causing system to freeze, duct system is old but metal ducts are still intact.

Tech washed and serviced unit and found compressor to be starting to puller higher amps on start up tech recommended hard start to lower start amps and extend life of compressor. Customer would like to wait till next visit. Unit is up and cooling with a delta t of 21. Customer extended psa via master card.

FLOORS HAVE ROTTED IN SOME AREAS OF HOME AND CURRENTLY ARE BEING REPAIRED. AREAS OF ROT MOSTLY LOCATED NEAR DUCT LINES. DUCT SYSTEM IS IN OVERALL POOR CONDITION DUE TO AGE. LIKELY LEAKING/SWEATING. HANDED OVER TO FIELD SUPERVISOR.

Performed CMA full service on two split systems. Replaced filters, cleaned drains and cleaned coils. Checked systems in each mode. 8 year old American standard split heat pump checked good. Cleaned system and replaced filters. Found no challenges. Tech found multiple failures for older R22 RHEEM split system. System is down. 60 amp breaker is tripped for outdoor unit. Since tech (Matthew) was last here in February, low ambient fan cycle switch has been removed. Start Kit has been installed. Outdoor fan has been replaced and new fan capacitor is reading low. Tech found compressor has mechanically failed. Pulled LRA, but will not start. Tech replaced burnt connection at compressor terminal and double checked start and run capacitor reading and wiring. Still fails to start. Diagnosed failed R22 compressor. Indoor coil is very corroded and drain pan is rusting out. Confirmed evaporator is leaking R22. Tech highly recommends full system replacement for R22 RHEEM split system. Tech let G
