Unit 2 air handler had correct 30 amp breaker in main panel. Non fused disconnect at air handler. Unit 2 condenser needed 15 minimum or 25 amp maximum. Installed 20 amp breaker in main panel for unit 2 condenser.

(DOWNSTAIRS) 14 YEAR OLD SYSTEM. FOUND SYSTEM PRESSURES WITHIN SPECS. COMPRESSOR WINDINGS ARE BEGINNING TO FAIL. RATTLING DURING OPERATION, EXTREMELY NOISY ON STARTUP, LOW AMP DRAW, AND ALL (3) WINDINGS READING BAD AT OHM METER. EVAPORATOR COILS HEAVILY RUSTED. COSTLY REPAIRS NOT RECOMMENDED. (UPSTAIRS) 22 YEAR OLD R22 SYSTEM. HANDED OVER TO FIELD SUPERVISOR BOTH SYSTEMS.

PERFORMED PTU ON (1) TRANE SPLIT HEAT PUMP. INVESTED IN PSA (1) SYSTEM. VERIFIED SUPPLY BOOTS ARE PROPERLY IN TACT.

Upon arrival tech found blower running at air handler but condensing unit was not running. Unit had a 24v call to come on, tech found no fault codes at board. Found high pressure switch with a loose connection at board, tech secured plug. Tech reset system and unit came on. Tech found pressures to be within spec. System is heating. Billing out to Lumenant for repair.

Tech preformed CMA INSPECTION on 8 Split Systems. Split System #5 is operating at this time but both condenser coil and evaporator coil are in poor condition, system is 29 years old. Tech does recommend replacing system. All other systems are operating at this time. Tech has attached system performance reports to invoice along with pictures.

Installed filter grill inside system and cleaned trash in the attic System 3 did not have a filter grill and will need one as well.

Tech replaced crushed start collar for return on Trane air handler. Secured new start collar with 3 screws and sealed with mastic tape. Reconnected 6” flex duct and secured with 2 panduits, mastic tape and FSK tape. There used to be a 12*20 filter inside old air handler. There is no filter slot in return box and no filter slot available inside new air handler. Returns in ceiling are fire dampers. AHU 2 needs a filter slot cut. Jerry says they take care of their own filters. Tech let staff on site know.

Tech found a 6in return flex on floor with collar all bent up tech was able to reattached to return box will need to return with new 6in start collar at earliest convenience unit is operating properly at this time
