Replaced igniter and tested, system is back up and heating. Reprogrammed thermostat back to original settings for dual fuel.

Upon arrival tech found system attempting to run but not igniting. Gas valve is opening, igniter is receiving voltage but not energizing. Igniter has failed and will need to be replaced. We will have to order and schedule repair as customer approved estimate. Programmed thermostat temporarily to run heat pump all the time for heat until repair is made.

Found the system operating upon arrival, thermostat satisfied. Condenser coil did have partial grass blocking the airflow. Tech rinsed of the coil to compare amp draws and it did reduced the amp draws by some. Indoor filter was dirt, costumer supplied a new filter, refrigerant levels within specs, indoor coil not freezing. The drain line switch did have some water and tech went ahead and cleared any obstructions within the drain line. Tech was not able to duplicate a challenge today, follow up May be needed to assure same system performance.

Tech performed ESA, Tech found hardstart testing outside of specs and recommended replacement to prevent future service call. Tech also found Contactor is pitted and charred making loud humming noise and tech recommended replacement to prevent issues in future. no other issues found system is back on and operating properly at this time.
