- Customer informed tech that two mini splits were installed with government support; one operates the living room area and the other operates the master bedroom. - The home is equipped with a non-operational straight AC condenser and furnace with case coil. Condenser and case coil were manufactured in 2006; the furnace appears to be 25-30 years of age with bad signs of rust and corrosion. - Tech inspected duct work and found several locations where insulation is lacking. Found one 6” metal duct disconnected from trunk line near furnace. Found what appears to be an old evaporator coil installed in series with the trunk line that must be removed. - Tech recommends replacing the furnace on account of age and condition, and replacing portions of the duct work, if not the whole duct system. - Tech could not diagnose AC system due to no power available from the breaker box to the condenser disconnect. Customer will inform us when power has been restored after an electrician performs nece
