When it comes to your home, nothing is more important than your comfort. If the heating and air system breaks down it can create a range of problems for you and your family. Not only will you have the inconvenience of physical discomfort due to the inability to regulate the temperature, but you also have to deal with the unexpected cost of repairing the system. Our mission at Jackson & Sons is to keep our customers’ homes comfortable and to provide excellent service across Eastern Carolina. In holding true to our company’s values, we are excited to introduce our Worry-Free Program. This program brings peace of mind and worry-free comfort to your home.
What Is The Worry-Free Program?
The Worry-Free Program is an all-in-one HVAC protection program. For a monthly fixed cost, you receive 10 years of heating and air conditioning system services, including installation, maintenance, cleaning, repairs and labor (charges) on manufacturer warranty parts.
Because it is an all-in-one program, it means you never have to worry about things like remembering to schedule maintenance or paying for unexpected expensive repairs. Jackson & Sons will handle regular maintenance, inspections, cleanings, and service fees when something goes wrong.
How The Worry-Free Program Works
1 - A New Heating and Air Conditioning System
Your program begins with a new heating and air conditioning system. One of our field supervisors will perform a home analysis where we’ll determine which system will fit your home and budgetary needs. Jackson & Sons provides a number of quality brands from which you can choose, including Carrier, Trane, Goodman, and Mitsubishi. We will then schedule your installation service, typically for the very next day.
When your new system is installed, we will perform a detailed inspection to make sure it runs the way it should and is charged properly. Our install technician will also walk you through how to operate your new heating and air conditioning system.
2 - Get Comfortable
After your new system is installed, you can sit back and relax. For the next 10 years as a Worry-Free Program member, you’ll never have a bill for service or maintenance. If anything comes up, you are our top priority and we will move you to the top of our service list.
3 - Ability To Transfer To New Homeowners
If you end up selling your home during the 10 years of your program, it is easily transferable to the new owners. This information is something that the new buyer will be happy to learn.
