07/31/2025 Update: Had our 2nd annual maintenance agreement checkup today. Everything cleaned and taken care of by Chris (and friend). System continues to work as it should. Thanks guys!08/13/2024 Update: Today Juan (and his co-worker) installed our 2nd heat pump from Jackson and Sons. Our last one was failing and after 2 recent calls for repairs (thanks Joseph and Kyle), we decided to go with a new one. All recent service calls, including our meeting for the estimate of the new system were done promptly. Shout out to Mike Acree for a great deal with an IRS tax credit. Juan was here promptly this morning to install, working quickly and professionally. We ordered on Sunday and had installed today. That's what I call great service.08/10/2024 Update: Had to call back today for a different problem. Compressor stopped kicking in this afternoon. Got very hot, very quickly. Fortunately, Jackson and Sons sent Kyle out to the house in less than 2 hours from calling (on a Saturday). We are so thankful that he got us up and running again quickly. Very impressed with the companies service and technicians. We are going to look into possibly getting a new unit as this one is several years our of warranty.07/31/2024: Have had issues past 2 nights with system running but no air coming out of vents. Could shut off and turn back on and it would work but we called Jackson and Sons to get ahead of issue getting worse. Called around 11 and they had Joseph out here by 3PM. He was very professional and friendly, quickly determined the problem and fixed it. Have done business with Jackson and Sons for years and will continue.

All workers and crew were very professional,courteous, and worked extremely HARD., getting this split heat pump installed. The inside unit was extremely hard for them to install, due to the close quarters it was installed in. A hard but beautiful job was the finished product. I Thank them all so very much.

Listen Im all about DIY projects, but when you totally mess up the job 😕😕. Rest assured Jackson & Son will come to your rescue!!!. The young man that rescued my diy project is named Joshua. He was on time , curtious, friendly, very professional before and after entering the house. He explained what could possibly happen and what he could make happen.
