Joshua, a plumber, came by and repaired the leaking pipe, set up the isolation valve for the well water system, and did outstanding work. He met some bees during his visit, but no stings (thanks be to God). He was friendly, very professional, and I'll be calling Jackson & Sons when I need a plumber again- and hope to get Joshua.

Landen and Joshua drove over an hour to complete much needed maintenance on my AC unit. They were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Friday morning service technician shows up exactly on time. Problem found in 15 minutes, solution found a little over an hour later when Supervisor Mike showed up. New unit financed, premium customer discounts applied with Annual Service Agreement purchased last year (over $800 in savings). All in all, an unbeatable service provided that the crew of Jackson and Sons make easy. By the way, that new financed unit.... it was here in 3 days, would have been 2 if not for the Monday Holiday. If you're looking for customer service that makes your needs their priority, then look no further. Jackson and Sons has you covered (literally)!

Our air conditioner was not blowing out very cold air and being an older unit we were afraid it would need replacing. Jackson and Sons came out right away. They were very courteous and professional. Jackson and Sons were able to get it installed in a timely manner, did a great job at a reasonable price. Working with them continue to be a pleasant experience.

This guy wasn’t very friendly. Very standoffish as if he was afraid to speak. I need communication. What are you doing? Is everything ok? For a moment, he was just sitting in the truck, which is fine if you were getting together my report, but I need to know what you are doing. I’ve had so called professional companies come up my home for a service that I paid for, then go to their vehicle and sleep. Then I asked a question and his comments “you will see it in the report that I send you”.

Knowledgeable technician, quick service call, friendly service, but costs were too high in my opinion. Service manager asked me if I knew how much it costs to install a capacitor. I do now.The average cost to install an AC capacitor is around $180, including the capacitor and labor. This can range from $80 to $400 depending on the AC type, size, and complexity of the installation. I paid $472 for a simple job.

Could not be happier! Accident broke the water line at my church. No plumbing companies in Clayton would even talk to me! All said they did not do "commercial" work. Contacted J&S around 4:45 pm and actually spoke to a HUMAN. Service was scheduled for next morning no later than 10 - Noon. Contacted at 8:47 am that help was on the way. Arrived shortly, checked problem, gave estimate and repair was done before Noon! Extremely professional and will call if I ever have another plumbing issue....or anything else they can handle for the church!
