Tech performed service on rheem package unit. Tech did not check ductwork per customer request due to outside dogs. Customer also stated would like tech to come for all future visits. Delta t is within specification and customer is satisfied with today’s service. Found no challenges at todays visit.
Tech performed service on trane package unit. Customer stated has heating issues upon arrival. Tech spoke with monica & rodney about situation. Customer approved air balance test. Delta t is within specification and customer is satisfied with today’s service. Found no other challenges at todays visit.
Tech washed and serviced units. tech found evaporator coil very rusted and corroded on Trane package unit. Tech found no leaks. Customer provided filters, unit is operating properly. Customer preferred tech not go inside, could not see thermostat or check delta T.
Techs washed and serviced unit, along arrival customer stated a moisture/sewer smell coming from unit on occasions. Tech believes it to be P-Trap and recommended replacing with EZ-Trap, tech also reccomended Plasma Air purifier. Customer is interested but will hold off to see if smell comes back. Unit is operating properly holding a delta T of 20.
Tech performed service on (2) trane split systems & American standard package unit. Tech found uv bulb on upstairs unit & downstairs unit to be inoperative/burnt. Recommend replacement of both uv bulbs. Customer declined at today’s visit, stated will consider after Christmas time. Delta t is within specification on all 3 systems at this time and customer is satisfied with today’s service. Found no other challenges at todays visit.
— Observed compressor and outdoor fan not operating with call from thermostat. Confirmed proper low voltage call at thermostat connection, both sides of both pressure switches, but not at output side of defrost control board. Verified control board not transferring power properly and is need of replacement. Provided customer with estimate for replacement of control board. — Returned to replace control board per prior approved estimate. Verified system now operating correctly, with a return temperature of 80 and a supply of 100+. — Customer requests invoice be mailed to PO Box provided prior.
Tech washed and serviced unit and dehumidifier. Tech found compressor cap testing 35.7/40. Tech reccomended replacing, customer states they will buy a capacitor and maybe have us install it. Tech also reccomended extending PSA. customer approved. Unit is operating properly holding a delta T of 21.
Tech washed and serviced unit. Tech found blown Uv bulb and recommended replacing, customer .tech also recommended extending PSA, customer . Unit is operating properly holding. Delta T of 17. Used two 14x20 filters.
Tech washed and serviced unit. Tech found UV bulb dim, customer has their own UV bulbs and will replace it when it’s blown. Tech reccomended extending ESA. Customer agreed to old ESA price and collected 265.81$. Unit is operating properly holding a delta T of 18. Customer wants cards ending in 0808 and 8255 taken off.
Found the system and thermostat with the display on upon arrival. Thermostat was set to off, tested heat stages and auxiliary heat. System operated properly. Customer stated that the thermostat was off last night. Power outage may have been the challenge or thermostat not set to heat. New system installed last year.
— Customer states systems has been having challenges heating to satisfy thermostat. States that auxiliary heat has been running to maintain setting. — Found thermostat satisfied upon arrival, with indication that heat was running. A demand call for 1 degree above actual causes auxiliary heat to come on. Found supply temperature of 98 with auxiliary heat running. — Observed compressor and outdoor fan not operating with call from thermostat. Confirmed proper low voltage call at thermostat connection, both sides of both pressure switches, but not at output side of defrost control board. Verified control board not transferring power properly and is need of replacement. Provided customer with estimate for replacement of control board. — Customer requests that invoice summary be mailed hard copy.
Tech dropped off 1 16x24x1 filter
Tech washed and serviced units per service agreement, tech found no challenges while servicing units at today’s visit, senior technician was called out and found common wire was off of contacter was put back on and system is back up and running, both systems are back up and running and holding a delta t of 20+ degrees
Tech came back to install surge protector and replace dehumidifier filter, tech got got surge protector installed but metal piece inside of disconnect came off tech tried to fix problem but couldn’t senior technician has been called out to fix problem
Tech washed and serviced unit per service agreement, tech found no challenges while servicing unit at today’s visit, the system is back up and running and holding a delta t of 20+ degrees, customer is interested in getting surge protector put in tech did not have one on truck at today’s visit, and dehumidifier needs a filter change will need to come back and replace that filter
— Dispatched due to Sanctuary Gas Package System not heating to satisfaction. Customer has also inquired about installing and programming customer supplied thermostat. — Arrived to find burners ignited and blower motor running. Setting of 68 at thermostat, actual temperature on thermostat reads 60. Observed supply air temperature of 91-93 at ceiling supply registers. System continued to run with technician on site, eventually satisfying thermostat. — Performed visual inspection of heat exchanger. Found no observable cracks or holes. Tested pressure at pressure switch hose with blower only and found no observable changes that would indicate damage to heat exchanger. — Upon cycling heat again, found sequence get to ignition, but weak flame timed out heat after 3 attempts. Verified gas pressures within acceptable range. Cleaned gas burner orifices and system has now cycled properly multiple times. — Install customer supplied thermostat per approved estimate. — Billing for Commercial
Install 3 Ton Duct Systems With Return
Tech found condenser coil frozen on new system. Tech force tested defrost and found system not running a full defrost cycle. Tech found coil sensor measures 25 degrees and oat measured 35 based on corresponding resistance values. Tech replaced board and sensors due to a new system with defrost issues. Tech found new board ran a full defrost cycle until coils were completely thawed. Tech also verified normal pressures and temps.
Tech washed and serviced unit and found no challenges at this time. Tech did not have 16x24x1 filter will need to be dropped off.

Customer will wait until next visit to replace UV bulb. System is up and running with a delta t of 25.
{2017 Daikin mini split} Call: Mini split in barn is not heating. - Tech found system displaying L5 fault code, indicating excessive current draw. Confirmed all 3 fuses are functioning. Ohmed compressor (1.5/1.5/1.3) and isolated the compressor from the outdoor PCB, observing the same conditions. Indoor fan runs, outdoor unit remains non-operational. Tech found burnt wire at the bottom of the PCB, potentially creating a short. Conferred with Michael Holmes. Need to further diagnose before replacing PCB. Left power off at disconnect to prevent further damage. No charge due to recent visit.
