Tech performed preventative maintenance and serviced system. Tech found microbial growth on blower housing. Tech recommended plasma air to help prevent microbial growth from coming back. Customer didn’t invest at this time. Customer did invest in renewal.

Water heater elements need to be replaced. House is on a water pump and there is a valve in the pump house to turn water off to the house.

Tech replaced a section of 18 inch return duct.

Tech washed and serviced unit and found unit containing 2 inches of water tech extracted water out of system and also found Evap/blower with a bacterial growth. Tech thoroughly cleaned blower and coil. Tech found no other challenges at this time. Tech recommended plasma and uv to prevent build up from returning.

Tech found a large rip in the return trunk before the return plenum. 18 inch duct, 20ft and silicone needed, hood will need to be removed and reinstalled. Customer approved repair.

Tech performed esa on one system, tech did not find any challenges with system at todays visit. Ductwork is properly strapped and supported throughout crawlspace. Uv light is on and operating properly at this time. System is back on and operating properly at this time.

Invested in mini split for sun room, will be closing in sun room in the next few months whenever their handy man can get it done. Down payment of $2500 secured to go ahead and order unit

Install Trane 2 Ton Package Heat Pump With Plasma Air With WiFi Programmable Thermostat

Performed CMA Full Service on 1 Split Heat Pump System. System is operating and cooling properly. Tech would recommend replacing compressor capacitor and contactor. Details are in the estimate provided.

Found return line completely filled with water visible from inside return plenum seemingly from combination of clogged drain line on package unit, and recent heavy rain. Supply showing water damage as well, and multiple branch lines in need of replacement. New duct system is recommended. Handed over to field supervisor. Invested in ESA (1) system. Schedule 1st visit.

Technician found plasma air was installed on inner compressor wall. Technician repositioned to allow more air to flow allowing more ionization to be allowed into the air. Technician also found 2 ducts with dust particles and informed customer they want them cleaned and will contact cleaning service

3 TON DUCT SYSTEM

Tech serviced unit and found no challenges at this time. Tech was unable to wash unit and check amps due to install replacing return lines. Will need to return to wash and check amps. Customer renewed PSA 1 system.

Customer reports return directly underneath thermostat is not sucking any air. Tech looked behind filter and found no water. Crawled under the house and found 14" return flex is collapsed for 20 feet. See pictures. Crawlspace is very tight. Another return line behind the first line is wet and looks like it has been completely submerged as it passes 10 feet underneath supply plenum. Tech recommends field supervisor advise on replacing flooded and collapsed sections with hard pipe duct. Let customer know office will follow up. No charge on callback.

Tech returned to install hard start kits on units 2A, 4B, 4C, 2E, AND 4E *Upon inspection tech found compressor tested in caution are of megohm test. This indicates insulation around compressor windings are thin and possibly gone in some areas.Tech recommends installing a hard start kit to prolong life of compressor, this would decrease amount of power needed to start unit and preserve the remaining insulation around windings. *Tech also replaced Run Capacitors on units 2D and 4E and Fan Capacitor on unit 1B. All systems are operating at this time and tech has attached pictures to invoice of repairs.

Tech dropped off only (1) 12x12x1 filter. Was supposed to be 2, office will need to schedule another visit to drop off the other one

Pulled toilet and ran the sewer machine through the main line and cleared the blockage.
