Tech performed esa on three systems, tech did not find any challenges with system operations on any of the three units, tech did replace one wire that looked burnt on main unit downstairs. All system enhancements are on and operating properly at this time. Tech replaced 4 20x20x1 filters. All is good at this time.

Tech found ignition control would not engage the spark igniter. Tech did find 24v going through the safety switch’s but not bringing sent to the gas valve. Tech removed and inspected the control board tech found no marks indicating shorts. Once tech put control board back on system started up. Tech suspects ignition control board is starting to fail. Since system is operating tech will quote out ignition control board in case issue happens again. Customer invested in 2 systems premium 1 systems is at this property other system is at another location. Office has other location information.

Tech found 21v to medium to gas valve and 27 to high on gas valve. Upon further inspection tech found rollout switch with rust and loosing voltage due to rust and not good contact. Tech bypassed rollout for testing purposes and for 26v to medium gas valve and 27 to high gas valve. Tech spoke with customer he will call office for approval on replacing part due to paying just recently on a major repair. Customer is interested in cma for his church tech called office for cma lead.

Upon arrival tech began inspecting system for power and found both 30amp line voltage fuses inside ac disconnect were blown. Tech replaced with new fuses, checked all wiring to ensure nothing was loose. Turned power on and system came back on. System is back operational at this time.

Tech performed preventative maintenance and serviced system. Tech recommended upgrading factory hard start to newer hard start. Customer invested in newer hard start. Upon turning the system back on, fuse in disconnect was blown. Disconnect was receiving 240V but no voltage was going to the system. Tech did not have materials to fix challenge. Tech notified office to have tech come out and fix the issue. Tech was unable to check delta t due to blown fuse.

Tech was dispatched to make needed repair after recent diagnosis. Previous tech diagnosed failed LP gas valve. Upon arrival tech first jumped out heat and found gas valve allowing gas system to come on. Tech then spoke with homeowner stated it’s been an intermittent issue for quite sometime. Tech went ahead and replaced gas valve and adjusted “M” side of gas valve but hasn’t adjusted the high side yet due unit cutting off. Tech then jumped heat out and found control board only putting out 15-18 volts at gas valve harness which is not enough. Tech informed homeowner of issue and would like for the gas valve to stay on and for the ignition control board to be ordered. Control board is still under warranty and gave warranty pricing as well. System is currently down on the heating side. Tech informed homeowner of payment will be due once board is ordered and system is back up and heating.

Downstairs system. Upon arrival tech found half the breaker in the airhandler off. Tech reset breaker 24v power restored. Tech turned heat on and system automatically engaged heat strips from living room thermostat was on convered forced aur. Tech reprogrammed to heat pump. Tech started system and found o wire was getting 24v at all times with no wire from thermostat wire. Tech found zone board had R G W Y C thermal but no o thermal. On the equipment side it does have a o terminal and had 24v to it at all times. Tech bypassed dirctly from o thermostat to o a/h. System is heating. Bypasssed 2nd damper to first damper to open due to not opening. Both dampers are opening with first thermostat. Will speak with install to find best solution. Spoke with Michael homes ran test to confirm zone board was bad. Both suspect zone board has failed not send correct heat call. Micheal is to let Caleb know to contact customer on how to proceed

Tech cleaned and serviced unit. Tech found start capacitors wires burnt and melted. Tech repaired the wires and rescured the connections and found capacitor to still be arching out tech recommended replacing capacitor customer approved. Tech also found evaporator coil pan in the package unit leaking oil while being flushed out. Tech did a detailed leak check and found a leak on the bottom part of the evaporator coil. Tech informed customer of findings and informed them that the unit was still under warranty and informed customer of refrigerant changes. With that information customer would for a field supervisor to come out and price a new sys. Package unit was running with a delta t of 13.

Tech found 5 14x24x3 media filters in need of replacement and tech recommended replacement to customer, tech also found all three uv bulbs blown and recommended replacement. Upstairs condenser tech found hardstart capacitor overcharged and reading out of manufacturer specs. Tech also found run capacitor testing weak. Need to return with 3 14x24x3 media filters that have already been payed for and 1 14x25x1 pleated filter for kitchen. When tech powered systems back on tech found that unit that controls bedroom downstairs had error codes for no low voltage communication. Tech found failed inverter drive board. Adam is talking with trane to get a warranty drive. Will call when part is in to schedule.

Tech found both downstairs thermostats blank and both outdoor units for downstairs flashing a communication error. Indoor unit PP3V is flashing error 3.2 for communication error. Indoor unit J91V is also displaying communication error. Tech cycled the breakers inside crawlspace for the two true variable speed AHUs in crawlspace. After 5 minute time delay, both systems started back up normally and ran in cooling mode. Found and labeled 60 amp breakers in main house panel for two crawlspace AHUs. After several minutes, the back hallway thermostat displayed 3 more communication errors. Tech reset AHU breaker again. Tech monitored cooling operation. System operated without issue for 15 minutes. Tech found no further issues. Per office, customer still has 2 visits left on 3 system Premium maintenance. Maintenance is overdue. Tech collected breaker reset fee and scheduled next maintenance visit for Monday. Tech put alternate phone number on notes section.

-Performed CMA Full Service on 1 Split System Heat Pump. System is 2021 Goodman Condenser, 2003 Trane Air Handler 2.5 Ton Split Heat Pump. -Signs of prior water damage at ceiling tile below air handler. Observed condensation collected on bottom of cabinet and residual water in auxiliary pan. Auxiliary pan drains from bottom, observed moisture collected at auxiliary pan connection, likely dripping onto ceiling tile. Auxiliary pan drain may need repair if leaking persists. -Found no trap installed on primary drain line. This could present problems with condensate drainage. Recommend installing EZ Trap to drain line to properly clean and service drain and to ensure that negative pressure doesn’t cause cabinet to leak instead of draining properly. Provided estimate to install drain trap. - Found no challenges with system operation at this time. Cleaned coils, extensive cleaning on drain pan and drain line, washed outdoor unit and changed air filters. Recommend installing trap on conden
